At Brothers Vacuums, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Here's what you can expect:
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on most orders over $75 within the continental United States.
- This includes complete central vacuum systems (must include both a power unit and an attachment set).
- Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS and USPS. Expedited shipping is available at checkout—rates are based on current carrier pricing.
- Exclusions: Some items, such as central vacuum pipe and valve kits not part of a full system, may not qualify for free shipping.
- P.O. Boxes: Orders shipped to P.O. boxes will be sent via USPS, regardless of the carrier selected.
- Order Timing:
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) may ship the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
- Sales Tax: Charged only to residents of California.
